Refunds policy (Courses)
When you initially subscribe you have a cooling off period of 7 days in which you can withdraw from this contract. Should you wish to cancel your subscription notify us immediately in order that we can return payment within that time. Outside of that time there will be no refund.
If any supplied goods are found to be faulty we will replace them immediately.
For any APP or downloads offered we do so under the UK on-line selling act.
When you buy a course or join our APPs’ you will be given details of how to download the content. you will then have immediate access to the content to do as you wish with.
The Sharp End Subscription (on-going monthly)
Should you wish to cancel your membership you can do so with immediate effect from within the platform. This is your responsibility so please ensure that you understand the cancellation policy which again is within the platform. Should you cancel no further payments will be taken and your subscription will end immediately.
There are no refunds for any time that may be left in that given month.
